What is the difference between soft washing and pressure washing?

Soft washing uses low pressure plus a cleaning solution that kills mildew and algae at the root. It is what belongs on roofs, siding, stucco, screens and painted surfaces. High pressure is for hard surfaces like concrete and pavers. We do both and use whichever the surface actually calls for.

Yes, the way we do it. Roofs get soft washed only: low pressure and a solution that kills the algae. No high-pressure wand ever touches your roof.

We pre-wet and rinse landscaping around the work area and control overspray. Pets should be indoors while we work and off the treated surfaces until they are dry.

Do I need to be home during the service?

No. Many customers are at work. We just need access to the areas being cleaned, gates unlocked, and vehicles and patio items moved out of the way. You are welcome to be there if you prefer to walk it with us.

Most driveways and single-story house washes are a few hours. Roof cleaning and full paver clean-and-seal jobs usually take most of a day, and sealing requires cure time afterward before you walk or drive on the surface.

What happens if it rains?

Exterior cleaning is weather dependent. We reschedule for rain, lightning or high wind rather than rush the work, and there is no penalty for a weather reschedule.

Will every stain come out?

Most do. Some will improve dramatically without disappearing entirely: oxidation, etching, rust bleed, artillery fungus, sun fading, efflorescence, paint failure, and staining that has soaked into a porous surface. We tell you honestly which category yours falls into before we start.

Yes. Valhalla Pressure Washing LLC is insured, and we are happy to send a certificate of insurance to any HOA or property manager who needs one on file.

Yes: storefronts, dumpster pads, sidewalks, common areas and building exteriors. Commercial and HOA accounts can be invoiced, and recurring schedules are available.

Tell us within seven days of service and we will come back out and re-clean that area at no additional charge. We would rather fix it than have you tell your neighbors we did not.
